Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and inside its original protective dust bag or box.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  We will dispatch our shipping partner to your location within 2-3 business days to collect the item and verify its condition.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item immediately.
